At Work Again. Time To Post!
Comments (0) December 1st! Thanksgiving week has been great but now it’s back to the grind. No better way to start the week than working on your day off, eh? : P
It’ll be great to work more hours this week and next. I gotta cushion my bank account for the holiday season! The Saturday before Thanksgiving was my best money-making day at True Sharp but the lion’s share of that money went directly towards repairing my truck a few days later. Whatever it takes to stay afloat!
Thanksgiving afforded me plenty of calories and good conversations so I’m happy for that. I had a Thanksgiving breakfast, a Thanksgiving dinner, a VERY large day-after-Thanksgiving lunch with MJ’s Mom, MJ’s sister, Ray and my Ma and then on Saturday we celebrated Ray’s birthday with another large dinner and huge dessert. Then last night (Sunday) my friends and I had another Thanksgiving bash where I ate like it was going out of style. To try and reverse this recent trend, I’ve started jogging again in the mornings. We’ll see which wins out.
It was really nice seeing Patrick and Sameer last night. I’m sure they’ve been busy this break but it would have been nice to see them once more before they had to leave. So it goes.
I have lots of projects I’m working on and hopefully some of them will come to fruition soon. I glued up my clock last week and I’m excited to start building the door this week! I’m behind most folks in constructing this clock so I’m going to have to dark horse this project.
